AUTHORIZING CERTAIN LAWYERS IN THE LEGAL OFFICE TO SIGN DOCUMENTS FOR AUTHENTICATION.

In the interest of the service and in order to facilitate the periodical rotation of lawyers assigned to the Authentication Unit, the Presidential Assistant for Legal Affairs is hereby empowered to designate lawyers the Legal Office to sign documents for authentication, rotate and/or recall if the need arises.

For this purpose, the Presidential Assistant for Legal Affairs is further authorized to sign any and all documents including documents that may be sent to other offices to implement this Memorandum Order.1aшphi1
