Their duties, functions and system of operations shall be governed by the pertinent guidelines contained in the Presidential Regional Monitoring Office/LTP-PMS Monitoring Units Operations Manual prepared by the Presidential Management Staff, Office of the President.
This order shall take effect immediately.
