[ Memorandum Order No. 775, February 24, 1983 ]
A Beautification Committee is hereby constituted to initiate and recommend appropriate steps to provide an atmosphere conducive to efficient performance and to monitor on a day to day basis the state of cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises and the proper maintenance and repair of all facilities and utilities. The Committee shall submit a daily report of its findings to the Engineer’s Office. The Engineer’s Office, for this purpose, shall assign a task force to take priority action on all matters brought to its attention by the Committee.
The following are designated members of the Committee, with their respective areas of assignment:
