MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 771, February 14, 1983 ] For the purpose of compiling a comprehensive directory which will enable the public to have a more ready access to the various units under the Office of the President and for the purpose of updating the telephone listings of these units in the PLDT directory, it is desired that heads of the private offices of the President, organizational units under the Presidential Executive Assistant, Presidential Advisers and the Presidential Security Command housed in the Palace, the Administration Building and the Annex Offices such as the Malacañang Clinic, the PMS, the CIO, the Property Unit, the Library and the Garage submit to the Coordination Committee under the Office of the Presidential Executive Assistant the following information: 1. Brief statement of the principal function of each office/unit. 2. Names and designation of the responsible officials. 3. Building and rooms assignments. 4. Telephone numbers, except security numbers.
