CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF CLEANING AND ORGANIZING THE NORTH HARBOR AREA IN THE TONDO FORESHORE
The First Lady and Minister of Human Settlements has given instructions that the North Harbor area in the Tondo Foreshore be thoroughly, cleaned and organized in view of projected visits there of foreign guests who are currently attending the Manila International Film Festival. For this purpose, there is hereby created an Inter-Agency Committee with the General Manager, National Housing Authority as Chairman, and the representatives of the following agencies as Members:

The Chairman shall convene the Committee immediately with the view to taking such measures as may be necessary to attain the objectives hereof. The Committee may call upon any Ministry, Bureau, Office and local government unit for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its work.
This Memorandum Order takes effect today.
