In the interest of the service, the temporary detail to the Batasang Pambansa of Ms. CONCEPCION L. DE GUZMAN of the Philippine Virginia Tobacco Administration effective October 26, 1982, is hereby authorized with entitlement to honoraria in the amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of her basic salary, chargeable against the Batasang Pambansa funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing regulations.1aшphi11aшphi1
