AUTHORIZING CERTAIN LAWYERS IN THE LEGAL OFFICE TO SIGN DOCUMENTS FOR AUTHENTICATION BY THIS OFFICE.

In the interest of the service and in order to expedite action on the authentication of documents or papers, the following lawyers in the Legal Office, in addition to Atty. Abelardo P. Santos, are hereby authorized to sign documents for authentications by the Office of the President.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
