Pursuant to Presidential instructions, an ad-hoc committee is hereby created for the purpose of drawing up guidelines for exemption under Ministry Circular No. 82-046 issued by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications suspending the grant of new or additional radio frequencies.
The committee shall be composed of the following:
