CREATING A COMMITTEE TO UNDERTAKE THE TRANSFER, CLASSIFICATION AND/OR DISPOSITION OF THE RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS COVERING THE PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT OF THE DEFUNCT CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES
In view of the request of the Supply Coordination Office for the transfer and/or disposition of the property records of the defunct Congress of the Philippines to the Office of the President, a Committee is hereby created to look into the proper classification, disposition and/or transfer of these records with a view to disposing of stale unnecessary records, and eventually transferring the rest to the Office of the President, to be composed of the following:

The Committee shall, in the process of disposing of said records, see to it that all the laws, rules and regulations on the matter be strictly observed.1aшphi1
The Committee is hereby authorized to call on any bureau or office most particularly the Bureau of Records Management for such assistance as it may need in the performance of this task.
This Committee shall submit a report to the Presidential Executive Assistant within thirty (30) days from the issuance of this Order.
