[ Memorandum Order No. 758, August 20, 1982 ]

CONSTITUTING A COORDINATING COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

There is hereby constituted in the Office of the President a Coordinating Committee with the following functions:

-To help harmonize the activities of the various offices under the Presidential Executive Assistant;

-To identify problems and initiate solutions in such problems involving operations and procedures;

-To monitor the performance and activities of these offices with the end in view of enhancing their effectiveness; and

-In general, to perform such other acts for the improvement of the service through its own initiative or upon the intructions of the Presidential Executive Assistant.

The Coordinating Committee shall be composed of the following:

1. Asst. Secretary Donato P. Rocamora

2. Director Salvador V. Capistrano

3. Director Samilo N. Barlongay

4. Director Ambrocio G. Ramos

5. Director Jeremias R. Flores

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
