GRANTING AUTHORITY TO THE BUREAU OF LANDS TO CONDUCTh CADASTRAL SURVEY OF 28 MUNICIPALITIES
Pursuant to section 846 of the 1978 Revised Administration Code, the Bureau of Lands is hereby authorized to execute the Cadastral Survey of the following municipalities:

However, the execution of the numerical cadastral shall be done by administration of the Bureau of Lands and if necessary, the said task shall be awarded to a private contractor offering the lowest bid.1aшphi1
The Memorandum order shall take effect immediately.
