REVOKING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 753, DATED MAY 17, 1982, ENTITLED “CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO SETTLE SPECIFIC LAND CONTROVERSIES IN SURIGAO DEL SUR”

Considering that under Executive Order No. 561 dated September 21, 1979, there was created a Commission on the Settlement of Land Problems which, among its powers and functions, conducts investigations and resolves land conflicts and problems, Memorandum Order No. 753 dated May 17, 1982, “Creating an Inter-Agency Committee to Settle specific Land controversies in Surigao del Sur,” is hereby revoked effective immediately.
