CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE CLAIMS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARAÑAQUE AND THE CITY OF PASAY FOR JURISDICTION OVER THE NEW MANILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
There is hereby created a Committee to investigate the claims of the Municipality of Paranaque and the City of Pasay for jurisdiction over the new Manila International Airport composed of the following:

The Committee may call upon any Ministry, Agency or Office for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its task. It shall submit its report, through the undersigned, to the President of the Philippines within thirty (3 0) days from the date hereof.
