Pelaez, Member of the Batasang Pambansa and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorized to receive honoraria in the amount of not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary, chargeable against the funds of the Batasang Pambansa, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
