In the interest of the service, the temporary detail to the Batasang Pambansa, of the government personnel listed, hereunder, effective 16 December 1981, is hereby authorized:

He shall perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities of the abovestated position, and such related duties as the Chairman thereof, and the Secretary-General of the Batasan may assign to him.
He shall be entitled to the honoraria in the amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary, chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.1aшphi1
