MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 740, November 19, 1981 ] AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE AT THE GENERAL MEETING AND CONVOCATION OF THE CES GUILD OF ALL CESOS, INCUMBENTS OF CES POSITIONS AND CES ELIGIBLES IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT. The Career Executive Service (CES) Guild, an association of CESOs and other incumbents of CES positions, and CES eligibles, will hold its annual General Meeting on November 28-29, 1981, at the DAP Convention Center, Tagaytay City. The meeting will feature seminar-workshop on subjects of vital interest to members of the CES. In view thereof, and to lend support to a worthwhile effort, all CESOS, other incumbents of CES positions, and CES eligibles in this Office are hereby authorized to attend and participate in the CES Guild General Meeting with reasonable transportation and traveling expenses and a convention fee of P400.00 each, chargeable against the funds of this Office, subject to the availability thereof, and the existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations, and the conditions specified in the joint letter of the Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission and the Minister of the Budget to the Executive Director of the CES Guild, dated October 9, 1981.1aшphi1 (Sgd.)
