Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 1222, dated October 21, 1981, graduates of the Career Executive Service Development Program (CESDP) in the Office of the President who are members of the Career Executive Service Development Program Alumni Association (CESDPAA) are hereby authorized to attend on official time the conference on K.K.K. scheduled by the First Lady for members of CESDPAA at the University of Life from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.1aшphi1 on October 23 and 24, 1981
