In the interest of the service, Mr. Larito L. Ramos, Chief, Printing Reproduction Division, Batasang Pambansa, is hereby temporarily detailed to the Office of Director Antonio M. de Guzman, Philippine Virginia Tobacco Administration (PVTA), effective 9 September to 20 October 1981.

He shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary chargeable against the PVTA funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.1aшphi1
