In the interest of the service, the temporary detail to the Office of the Prime Minister, Batasang Pambansa, of the personnel listed hereunder, effective July 29, 1981, is hereby authorized:

3.	Dalisay L. Nazareno	Office of the President
4.	Ananias C. Goco, Jr.	Bu. Of Internal Revenue

They shall perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities as the Prime Minister may assign to them.1aшphi1

They shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of their basic salary, chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
