REQUIRING ATTENDANCE OF ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AT THE INAUGURAL CEREMONIES AT THE LUNETA ON JUNE 30, 1981

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 1217, da.ted June 22, 1981 officials and employees of the Office of the President are hereby directed to attend the ceremonies at the Luneta on June 30, 1981 on the occasion of the inauguration of His Excellency. The President of the new Republic of the Philippines, which shall start promptly at 5:00 o’clock in the morning.

Each chief of office/primary unit shall assign a responsible official/employee to lead and check the attendance of the employee under him. They should be at the site ceremonies not later than 4:30 a.m. A report of the attendance shall be submitted to the Administrative Office, Personnel Division within the first week of July.1aшphi1
