MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 713, January 8, 1981 ] AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES CONCERNED IN THE MALACANANG INTER-COLOR ATHLETIC PROGRAM. In order to involve more officials and employees in this Office in our physical fitness program through sports and to provide them with the much needed refreshing respite from the routine of work, and afford them added opportunities for fostering closer ties of friendship and camaraderie, a continuing series of year-round inter-color athletic competitions among Malacañang employees and officials will be conducted starting January, this year. For this purpose, all chiefs of offices/primary units in this Office are hereby authorized to allow officials and employees concerned to participate on official time in this athletic program.1aшphi1 (Sgd.)
