MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 707, November 27, 1980 ] AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF INFORMATION DRIVE ON SECURITY MEASURES AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURES. In line with the need for an intensified campaign for security and to familiarize our employees with all the security measures and emergency procedures adopted to be undertaken in case of fire, earthquake and other emergencies, it is deemed necessary to conduct an information drive on the subject in all units and offices. The Administrative Office thru its Training Staff, and in coordination with military/security personnel, is hereby assigned to conduct the necessary briefings in the various offices and units in the Office of the President proper.
