[ Memorandum Order No. 702, October 27, 1980 ]

Ambassador Benjamin T. Tirona, Board Member and Mrs. Arturo Topacio Jr., and Board Member Jose Ricafrente are hereby authorized to travel, as members of the Trade Mission for Cavite Province, to Tainan City and Korea for a period of twenty (20) days sometime in November 1980, in order to resume negotiations on the agro-industrial projects to be established in the Cavite Export Processing Zone and in the upland towns of Cavite which were started in Manila last September 1980, as well as with Korean industrialists who are interested to undertake similar projects in said province, provided that, outside of their salaries, no government funds, are involved in connection therewith.1aшphi1
