FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 395 DATED OCTOBER 19, 1973, CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY WAYS AND MEANS TO ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLE DRIVERS, OWNERS AND OPERATORS TO ORGANIZE THEMSELVES INTO COOPERATIVES.

Memorandum Order No. 395 dated October 19, 1973, as amended by Memorandum Order No. 4-38 dated July 10, 1974-, creating a committee to study ways and means to encourage and assist public utility vehicle drivers, owners and operators to organize themselves into cooperatives, is hereby further amended to designate the following as ex-officio Members of the committee:

1. The Chairman
Board of Transportation

2. The Director
Bureau of Land Transportation

3. The Group Commander
Constabulary Highway Patrol Group
