The temporary detail and designation of the government personnel listed, hereunder, effective upon entrance to duty, to augment the Work Force of the Batasang Pambansa, is hereby authorized:

He shall perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities of the position indicated opposite his name.1aшphi1

He shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
