MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 680, December 18, 1979 ] In view of the exigencies of the service, the detail of Ms. EMMA CRUZ GARCIA, Ms. ELVIRA MANGUBAT, and Ms. ESTELITA DE CASTRO, all of the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development, to the Batasang Pambansa effective November 7, 1979 up to January 31, 1980 is hereby authorized pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 4-2, series of 1937, with entitlement to honoraria in the amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of their basic salary, chargeable against the funds of the Batasang Pambansa, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 (SGD.)
