MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 679, December 13, 1979 ] AUTHORIZING BARANGAY VOLUNTEER MEDICS IN THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL VOLUNTEER SERVICE COORDINATING OFFICE TO DRAW TRAVELING ALLOWANCE. In accordance with the letter of the Ministry of the Budget dated July 27, 1979 and pursuant to the provisions of Section 17-g of Presidential Decree No- 985, the THIRTY SIX (36) additional Barangay Volunteer Medics of the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Office named in the list attached to said letter are hereby granted traveling allowance of FORTY PESOS (?40.00) each per month effective January 1, 1979, and for the duration of the performance of their duties and responsibilities, unless sooner terminated, chargeable against the appropriation of said office, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 (SGD.)
