He shall perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities of the position indicated opposite his name.
He shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
