DISSOLOVING THE SPECIAL CABINET COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 137

whereas, Letter of Instructions No. 137 dated October 15, 1972 created a Special Cabinet Committee to receive complaints, conduct investigations by itself or through its authorized representatives, and take appropriate summary action against erring public officials with the Secretaries (now Minister) of National Defense, Justice and Local Government & Community Development as members;

WHEREAS, the functions of said Special Cabinet Committee have been absorbed by the Tanodbayan created under Presidential Decree No. 1607.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, the Special Cabinet Committee created under Letter of Instructions No. 137 is hereby dissolved.
