CREATING A COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUANCES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

A committee on administrative issuances of the Office of the President is hereby created composed of the following:

Atty. Genaro Eslava	–	Chairman
Atty. Ambrocio Ramos	–	Member
Atty. Melquiades dela Cruz	–	Member

The Committee shall have the following; functions:

1. To review all the administrative issuances of the Office of the President and determine the need for their continued existence, either in whole or in part;

2. To recommend revocation or revision of such issuances as may be found to have become obsolete or requiring updating.1aшphi1

In the performance of the foregoing functions, the Committee may call upon any official or employee of the government to assist it in its work in any manner that it may deem necessary, including the submission of written observations on any of the administrative issuances of the Office of the President in which such official or employee may be deemed competent to assist the Committee in its work.

The Committee shall submit its reports and recommendations to the Presidential Executive Assistant from time to time.
