MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 648, February 26, 1979 ] AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF A SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE NEW BUDGET PROCESS AND GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES. The holding of a seminar-workshop on the New Budget Process and Government Accounting Procedures in this Office is hereby authorized to be conducted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Briefing Room, 4th Floor, Administration Building, starting February 28, 1979, March 23, 1979.1aшphi1 The attendance of participants enumerated in the attached list is hereby authorized. All heads of participating units in the Office of the President Proper and participating agencies attached to or under the Office of the President are hereby enjoined to refrain from giving the participants any assignments during the time they are actually attending training in order not to disrupt their attendance therein.
