AUTHORIZING CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE SOCIAL SECRETARY’S OFFICE TO DRAW MEAL ALLOWANCE FOR OVERTIME SERVICE RENDERED EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1979.
In the interest of the service and as an exception to Presidential Memorandum No. 192-74, the following ten (10) employees of the Social Secretary’s Office, are hereby authorized to draw meal allowance for overtime service actually rendered beyond the regular office hours including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays effective January 1, 1979, pursuant to the provisions of Loiter of Instructions No.565 dated June 30, 1977, subject to the availability of funds and usual accounting and auditing requirements:
