AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF A SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE NEW PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

The New Performance Appraisal System provided for under Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 2, s. 1978, will be implemented effective January 1, 1979. To orient those who are primarily responsible for its implementation this Office will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on the new system on November 20 to 24, 1978, at 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. at the Briefing Room, 4th Floor, Administration Building, Malacaņang.

All Heads and Assistant Heads of primary units in the Office of the President Proper and in offices under or attached to it, including their highest ranking personnel officers, are hereby required to attend.

Follow-up seminars to familiarize lower ranking officials and employees on the new system, may be conducted in their respective offices with the assistance of the OP Training Staff and the Civil Service Commission after the termination of the initial seminar.1aшphi1
