The temporary detail and designation of the government personnel listed, hereunder, effective upon entrance to duty, to Constitute the Skeletal Work Force ©f the Batasang Pambansa which shall provide the requisite technical, staff and clerical services for the Batasan, is hereby authorized, to wit:

She shall perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities ©f the position indicated opposite her name based on the Plantilla of Personnel of the Batasan Secretariat,

She shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount equivalent to thirty-five percent (35%) of her basic salary chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.1aшphi1
