REQUIRING ALL CONCERNED IN THIS OFFICE TO INDICATE THEIR COMPLETE NAMES IN PRINT, POSITIONS, AND UNITS, AND TO SIGN THEIR NAMES IN RECEIVING OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE.

In order to easily trace correspondence being received in this Office by mail, by telegram or radiogram, and by personal delivery, and. in the interest of expeditious disposition thereof, all concerned are hereby required to indicate their complete names in print, positions and units and sign their names accordingly whenever receiving such correspondence.1aшphi1
