FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 62, SERIES OF 1963, “CREATING A RECORDS MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.”

Memorandum Order No. 62, series of 1963, as amended, “Creating a Records Management Improvement Committee in the Office of the President,” is hereby further amended so as to include among the functions of the Committee, the evaluation and appraisal of disposable inactive records, and non-record materials including periodicals, journals, newspapers, magazines, etc., in the various units of this Office.

Effective immediately, all heads of primary and other units in this Office shall turn over periodically all said disposable materials to the Malacañang Records Office for evaluation and appraisal of the Committee.1aшphi1

Strict compliance with this Order is hereby enjoined.
