The temporary detail of the following employees of the Offices indicated, hereunder, to the Secretariat of the Batasang Bayan, in connection with the 5th Special Session of the Batasang Bayan on January 26-27, 1978, is hereby authorized, pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No, 42, series of 1937:
