MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 595, July 1, 1977 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 271, PROVIDING IDENTIFICATION CARDS TO ALL OFFICIAL AND EMPLOYEES OF THIS OFFICE, AND FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 204, SERIES OF 1970, AS AMENDED, REQUIRING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THIS OFFICE TO WEAR NAMEPLATES. Memorandum Order No,. 271, series of 1972, Providing Identification Cards to all Officials and Employees-of this Office, and Memorandum Order No. 204, series of 1970,. as amended, Requiring Officials and Employees of this Office to Wear/Nameplates, are hereby further amended so as to provide new identification cards and nameplates in lieu of the ones issued under the aforesaid Memorandum Orders. The new identification card shall be in one uniform color (white) bearing the inscriptions “OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT” in blue and “MALACAÑANG” in red, a facsimile of the seal of the Office of the President (embossed) in metallic gold, the employee’s name, latest photograph and present position, the corresponding identification card number, and the signature of the Presidential .Executive Assistant. The new nameplates shall be similar to the identification card, except that it shall bear the name of the unit where the holder is assigned instead of his position. All identification cards and nameplates previously issued to all officials and employees of this Office should be surrendered through the security officers of their respective offices/units who in turn shall submit them to the Administrative Office for replacement by the new nameplate and identification card herein specified. The identification cards and nameplates shall be issued to all organic officials and employees of this Office. Those who are on detail to this Office shall be issued nameplates only for the duration of their detail.1aшphi1 It is understood that the provisions of the above-mentioned Memorandum Orders and other existing Orders pertaining to identification cards and/or nameplates that are not inconsistent herewith shall remain in force.
