MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 594, June 22, 1977 ] AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF PROFESSIONALS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT IN THE FOURTH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION. The Professional Regulation Commission, in the celebration of the “Professional Consciousness Week” will hold its 4th anniversary on Wednesday, June 22, 1977, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Roxas Blvd., Manila at 9:00 o’clock in the morning with His Excellency, President Ferdinand E. Marcos, as Guest Speaker. In order to afford the officials and employees concerned in this Office the opportunity to participate in the ceremonies and to witness the awarding of the Outstanding Professionals of 1977, all Chiefs of Offices or Primary Units in the Office of the President are hereby authorized to allow professionals under then to attend the aforementioned occasion on official time.1aшphi1 (SGD.)
