REQUIRING HEADS OF OFFICES AND OF OTHER PRIMARY UNITS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO SUBMIT THE NAMES OF EMPLOYEES ON DETAIL FROM OTHER OFFICES WHOSE SERVICES CAN BE DISPENSED WITH

Information reached me that we have again accumulated quite an alarming number of employees who are on detail from other offices to the Office of the President. While the detail of these employees may have been urgently needed at the time the detail was requested or authorized, many of these employees kept on staying with us although their services could be dispensed with, simply because their detail did not have terminal date.

All heads of offices and of other primary units in the Office of the President are therefore hereby directed to submit to the Administrative Office within three (3) days from the date hereof the names of employees on detail with their units from other offices whose services may be dispensed with.

With respect to those whose services are still needed, heads of offices and other primary units shall accomplish the attached form for each such employee.1aшphi1
