MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 590, May 6, 1977 ] PROHIBITING THE USE OF ANY ROOM OR SPACE FOR LIVING QUARTERS OF ANY EMPLOYEE IN THE MALACAÑANG COMPOUND INCLUDING THE MALACAÑANG GARAGE. In view of the fact that housing facilities were provided for employees of this office who are entitled thereto, especially of the Malacañang Household, it is hereby directed that no employee shall be allowed to appropriate any room or space in the Malacañang Compound, including the garage, for his living quarters, Strict compliance herewith is hereby enjoined.1aшphi1 (SGD.)
