MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 577, December 7, 1976 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 407, DATED FEBRUARY 18, 1974 Memorandum Order No. 407, series of 1974, “Authorizing the Personnel of the Malacañang Clinic to Observe Office Hours from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Mondays through Fridays,” is hereby amended so as to delete the penultimate paragraph thereof and insert the following paragraphs: “The Presidential Staff Director of the Malacañang Clinic shall, however, provide necessary personnel from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturdays and holidays.1aшphi1 “This does not preclude him from requiring such personnel as may be necessary to render overtime service beyond the regular office hours and during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, whenever the exigencies of the service demand.” This amendatory Order shall take effect December 1, 1976.
