MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 575, October 4, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE LEGISLATIVE SECRETARY TO ASSIST IN THE PRINTING OF ALL PRESIDENTIAL ISSUANCES ALLOWED FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE PUBLIC. WHEREAS, in view of the convening of the Batasang Bayan, the Office of the Legislative Secretary has been receiving numerous requests for copies of Presidential Decrees, General Orders, Letter of Instructions, Letter of Implementations and other Presidential issuances; WHEREAS, in order to maintain maximum efficiency and service, it is necessary to have the printing of all Presidential issuances; WHEREFORE, the Office of the Legislative Secretary is hereby authorized to assist the Malacañang Records Management Office in the printing of all Presidential issuances and the distribution and dissemination of all Presidential issuances allowed for distribution to the public.
