Board of Power and Waterworks

In accordance with the decision of the President on OIC Case No. 710, dated September 6, 1976 (copy attached), and for maximum social coverage, it is necessary that the Board of Power and Waterworks issue the appropriate order for the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) to effect a one-time across-the-board reduction in its next billing to all of its customers by an aggregate amount equal to the total refund due from CALTEX under the aforesaid decision, taking into account the refunds so far made by MERALCO to its customers.
