MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 564, March 29, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE ENGINEER’S OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FROM MARCH 19 TO 31, 1976. In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74, dated August 20, 1974, the five (5) extra men (one (1) Foreman and four (4) Painters) who were assigned by the Presidential Staff Director, Engineering Office to render service beyond the regular office hours to perform specific duties from March 19 to 31 1976, inclusive, in connection with the repainting of the Metro-Manila Governor’s Office, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1 (32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246 as amended, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
