ENJOINING ALL LADY EMPLOYEES TO BE IN UNIFORM WHILE IN OFFICE.
It has been observed that many lady employees in this Office come to work not in the uniform prescribed under Memorandum Order No. 536 dated September 29, 1975 (sketch attached), or in incomplete uniform, discarding the checkered red and white underblouse, leaving out the checkered collar, or changing the belts.
All lady employees in this Office are hereby enjoined under pain of appropriate disciplinary administrative action, to always wear complete the prescribed uniform during attendance in office with black shoes as required in Memorandum Order No.402, dated December 21, 1973. Wearing of sandals, step-ins, slippers, clogs and the like is not allowed.1aшphi1
All chiefs of Primary Units are also hereby enjoined to see to it that the provisions of this Order and those mentioned above are strictly complied with. Lady employees shall not be allowed to report for work if not in the prescribed uniform.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
