MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 556, February 5, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE SOCIAL SECRETARY’S OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, FROM JANUARY 19, TO JANUARY 29, 1976. In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74, dated August 20, 1974, the personnel of the Social Secretary’s Office who were assigned by the Social Secretary to render service beyond the regular office hours from January 19 to January 29, 1976, inclusive, to perform specific duties in connection with the state visit to Singapore of President and Mrs. Ferdinand E. Marcos, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1 (32) of Commonwealth Act No. 24-6 as amended, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
