MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 554, January 12, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAÑANG ENGINEERING OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, FROM JANUARY 3 TO 11, 1976. In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74, dated August 20, 1974, twelve (12) men of the Malacañang Engineering Office who were assigned by the Presidential Staff Director of the Malacañang Engineering Office to render services beyond the regular office hours from January 3 to 11, 1976 to perform specific duties in connection with the renovation of the Office of the Presidential Assistant, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provision of Section 7-1 (32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246, as amended, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 (SGD.)
