[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 552, December 17, 1975 ]
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAÑANG HOUSEHOLD TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, FROM DECEMBER 3 TO 7, 1975.
In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74, dated August 20, 1974, the sixty-seven (67) personnel, of the Malacañang Household who were assigned by the Presidential Staff Director of the Malacañang Household to render services beyond the regular office hours from December 3 to 7, 1975 to perform specific duties in connection with the visit to the Philippines of President and Mrs. Gerald Ford of the United States of America, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-I(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246 as amended, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
