MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 550, December 5, 1975 ] AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE ENGINEER’S OFFICE, RIZAL PARK AND BUREAU OF PUBLIC WORKS TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, FROM NOVEMBER 19-DECEMBER 7, 1975. In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74 dated August 20, 1974 the personnel of the Engineer’s Office numbering 48, 41 from Rizal Park and 22 from the Bureau of Public Works temporarily detailed with the Office of the President, whose services are needed beyond the regular Office hours on November 19-December 7, 1975 to perform specific duties assigned to them by the Presidential Staff Director, Engineer’s Office, in connection with the renovation of the former PSU Building and the State Visit of President Gerald Ford of the United States of America, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-I(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246 as amended, subject to the availability and usual accounting and auditing requirements.’ By authority of the President: JUAN C.
